TRAVELLING ISN'T A PHASE, MOM
Escaping your conventional life and taking the scenic road to happiness.
Author: Our very own Kitt
I like to describe this book as the 'prelude to my van life'. I explain why I quit my job, left my lovely apartment and sold all my belongings to pursue life in the van.

Through this book I want to take you on a journey that will explore my thoughts and opinions, supported by data, experiences, and studies. I will challenge the concepts of happiness and fulfilment, how they are perceived - and achieved - in modern-day society and explain why change is always good. Through discussions about money, freedom and travel, to stress, stigmas and work, I want to broaden your thoughts about how our lives should look in an attempt to inspire you to make changes in your own life that could bring you happiness.

This book is one way that I try to fund my life in the van, and in doing so I want to keep bringing you engaging, funny and interesting content! Thank you!
Hey, I’m Kitt, (the better half of Life Lemons Travel hehe)! I sold everything I owned, left my office job and moved out of my comfy Peak District apartment to live, work and travel on the road full-time in a van. I got sick of spending so much time doing a job I wasn’t interested in, to pay for a flat I barely spent any time in, in a location I was itching to get out of to see more of the world! ‘Travelling Isn’t a Phase, Mom’ is a totally-not-cliché exploration of what it means to be truly happy through studying human behaviour, challenging common perceptions and breaking modern-day norms on what it means to be successful.
